♥ School Stress or Stress in General ♥

School Stress or Stress in general
Hey guys,

I didn't know whether to do this blog or not, because it's kinda long for only my second blog. But I might as well go for it!
Anyway, I don't know what school is like in America or other countries (well only from movies), but I know that in England, once you get into year 11, you have no social life! I literally get so much work to do, and knowing my teachers, all deadlines will be on the same date! It's ridiculous!! So I end up getting myself really stressed out, because I leave it all to the last minute. Which you shouldn't do!! (I should really practice what I preach before giving advice, oh well).
So I thought that if any of you guys are going through a stressful time, I could give you advice in how to tackle it:
  • Firstly if its school work, it's best to get it out of the way as soon as you get given it. This will leave you feeling a lot more relaxed. I know this can be difficult, especially if you have lots. So to tackle this, I have been creating a small timetable on all the things that I have been given, and planning out how long to do what subject and how long to do it for. It may seem daunting and a little bit stupid at first, but it does work!! If these dont work, tell someone you know can help you organise yourself i.e. parents, teachers, even friends.
  • If its anything else, which I can't really think of at the moment, try and relax by doing some breathing exercises or just sitting down for 15 minutes with a hot drink.
But hopefully if you are stressed, you won't be for long, try and think positive and work hard, you should get the rewards you deserve :).

♥ Introduction ♥

Hi! ♥

So, my name is Laura, I'm 15 nearly 16 years old and I'm from England.

Inspired by my friend, who is called clutterofthoughts (Hannah), I thought I would start a blog about things that are happening in my everyday life.

These will probably include anything from, make-up and hair to cooking and daily vlogs. I will try my best to publish a post every week, but do bear with me, as I am in my GCSE year, which means tons of horrible stuff I don't want to do.

Just to end this short post (aka the bells about to ring and I can't blog any longer!) I just wanted to say that I am very excited to be doing this and with the new people that will be joing me along the way (Hi! by the way)

See you next time,

Laurita ♥
